Clarify the policies and guidelines of the Da Nang City Party Committee regarding talent policies, assess successes and limitations, and draw lessons learned.
This thesis proposes several solutions to better implement talent policies and develop human resources to meet the requirements of building and developing Da Nang city in the coming years.
