10. Summary of thesis results:

The author has studied the current status of financial support policies for technological innovation in small and medium enterprises in general, and small and medium enterprises in the Vietnamese tea industry. From there, analyze the limitations in the policy and propose solutions to overcome those limitations.

The limitations in financial policies supporting technological innovation for small and medium enterprises are mainly not suitable to reality, and enterprises have difficulty accessing supporting capital sources. Therefore, the author proposes a solution to overcome this by adjusting tax and credit policies and especially supporting enterprises through support funds.

11. Practical application:

A system of theoretical basis for building financial support policies in the direction of attracting financial resources and diversifying and being flexible in approaches to support funds and adjusting tax and credit policies will create favorable and practical conditions to help small and medium enterprises in the Vietnamese tea industry innovate technology.

The author has learned about the status of the financial support policy for technological innovation in the small and medium enterprises in general , small and medium enterprises in Vietnam tea industry . Since then, the author analyzed policy limitations and proposed solutions to overcome these limitations.

The restrictions in the financial support policy for technological innovation in the small and medium enterprises are mainly not in line with reality, difficulties in access to funding support. Therefore, the author proposed solutions is to adjust the tax policy, credit policy and financial support through the Funds.
