10. Summary of the thesis results:
This study aims to understand the current situation and factors influencing aggressive behavior among students at Trung Chinh Secondary School, Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province, in order to propose appropriate intervention measures to reduce this behavior from a social work perspective. Based on a theoretical approach to aggressive behavior and using an interdisciplinary research method, we analyze and interpret the research results.
Research on the current state of aggressive behavior awareness among students in the surveyed area revealed the following: 1) Awareness of aggression and its manifestations among the surveyed students is limited. Confusion and incomplete understanding of aggressive behavior and its nature have prevented them from accurately identifying aggressive behavior in specific life situations; 2) Our research results also reflect the reality of aggressive behavior among students, with diverse forms of aggression and varying frequencies and levels of manifestation. This can be explained by the differentiation in cognitive abilities and the varying conditions influencing the aforementioned behavior among students. 3) The consequences of aggressive behavior, whether considered serious or less serious, have negative impacts on the learning activities, cognitive-emotional development, and relationships of students who commit aggression, are victims of aggression, and witness aggression.
Currently, methods and measures aimed at reducing aggressive behavior in schools have been applied to some extent, but not thoroughly or comprehensively, and mainly address incidents after they have occurred and left consequences. Therefore, applying group social work intervention through a group work process using this method is a new approach in schools that we are researching here. Following this approach, along with the initial positive results and the achievement of certain objectives, we propose a model of group social work with the role of school social workers in helping students reduce aggressive behavior in a more practical and effective way.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings indicate that intervention activities aimed at reducing aggressive behavior at Trung Chinh Secondary School have not been implemented effectively or appropriately. The development of intervention methods and the implementation of activities based on a group social work model have contributed to affirming the role and positive impact of social work in general, and specifically group social work methods, in reducing aggressive behavior among secondary school students. Based on the research and experimental results obtained, we propose a model of group social work with the role of school social workers in assisting students to reduce aggressive behavior in a more practical and effective way.
12. Future research directions:
Social work in addressing issues arising in schools.
There is a need for social workers in schools.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This study is on the reality and aspects affecting the aggressive behavior of students at Trung Chinh Secondary School – Luong Tai – Bac Ninh so that we would propose for solutions with reasonable interactions with an aim of reducing this behavior under the perspective of Social Work. Based on the approach of theory on the aggressive behavior as well as the research methods on multiple sectors, we analyze and explain the findings of our study.
According to the observation study on the reality of the aggressive behavior of students, it shows that: 1) The awareness of aggressive behavior of students at the study area will be limited. There is a misunderstanding and infficient awareness on the aggressive behavior as well as the nature of this behavior. Therefore, students may not have determine exactly which is an aggressive behavior in a specific circumstance; 2) The findings of our study also represent the real situation on aggressive behavior of students under various circumstances and frequency in the life. This real situation is due to the classsification in awareness and different conditions affecting the aggressive behavior of students; 3) The consequence of aggressive behavior even if it is serious or not serious will cause bad effects to the study and development in awareness and sentiment and relationship of the students that have aggressive behavior or witness such behavior.
At this present, the methods or measures on decreasing the aggressive behavior will be applied but they may not be complete and full. These methods and measures would mainly apply to specific cases happened with bad consequences in real situation. Therefore, the application of the interaction method of social work group under the process of group working will be a new method at the school where we conduct our study and research. Under this approach, accompanied with the effectiveness and achievements within the limited level, we propose a model of group social work with the role of social workers in the school in assisting the students in reducing the aggressive behavior currently in a more effective manner.
11. Practical applicability, if any:
Based on the findings of the thesis, we found that the interaction activities for decreasing aggress behavior at Trung Chinh Secondary School may not be applied reasonably and effectively. In the process of creating the interaction methods and conducting the activities under group social work model, it shows the roles and positive effects of social work in general and the method of group social work in particular for reducing the aggressive behavior of students. To our study and our real observation, we propose a model of group social work with the role of social workers in schools in assessing the students in decreasing their aggressive behavior more effectively.
