This thesis delves into the current state of media coverage of administrative reform in Da Nang City, specifically in the Da Nang newspaper and the Da Nang Radio and Television Station's administrative reform program. Through this, initial assessments have been made regarding the frequency, scope, content, and presentation of information on administrative reform in the media.
Through a survey of news articles on administrative reform in 2012 and the first six months of 2013, this thesis analyzed and evaluated the strengths and weaknesses in the communication efforts regarding administrative reform by Da Nang Newspaper and the Administrative Reform Program of Da Nang Radio and Television Station. Based on this, the thesis also proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform communication in Da Nang City.

The Da Nang Newspaper, as well as the Administrative Reform Program of Da Nang Radio and Television Station, will draw valuable lessons for themselves in conveying information about administrative reform to the public. To ensure that information is delivered in an engaging and effective manner, media outlets in general, and each reporter responsible for administrative reform in particular, must constantly innovate their style, from content to format.
