10. Summary of thesis results:
Ethnic minority students dropping out of school is a very notable issue in Gia Lai province today. This is a problem that not only affects the students themselves but also affects social security in the future. Based on that reality, I have focused on researching the factors affecting the dropout situation of ethnic minority students in Dak Jo Ta commune - Mang Yang district - Gia Lai province.
Many factors influence school dropout rates among ethnic minority students. My research focuses on specific groups of factors: those related to the students themselves, those related to their families, those related to the school, and those related to the community and government where the students live. Through understanding the situation and the influencing factors, I have proposed several solutions for each group. Using research methods such as questionnaires and in-depth interviews, I have concluded that the factors affecting school dropout rates among ethnic minority students are significantly influenced by cognitive factors (including the perceptions of students, parents, the community, and the government). Based on this, I have applied cognitive-behavioral theory to intervene with a specific group of subjects to help address this issue in the research area.
11. Practical applications: This thesis will contribute to reducing the dropout rate among ethnic minority students in the local area.
12. Further research directions: Continue to replicate and research in Gia Lai province.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Ethnic minority students dropping out of school is currently problematic in Gia Lai province. This situation affects not only the students themselves but also social security in the future. Therefore I have conducted many researches on the factors that result in dropout problem of ethnic minority pupils in Dak Jo Ta- Mang Yang District - Gia Lai province.
The research reveals the fact that there are several reasons leading to dropout problem of ethnic minority pupils. In this study I focus on specific factor groups including elements derived from pupils themselves, from their families, from schools and from communities where they live. Through understanding the situation and impact of these factors, I have proposed a number of solutions for different groups of elements. With the research method of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, I truly believe that the factors resulting in the dropout status of ethnic minority pupils deeply rooted in consciousness (including awareness of students, parents, community and government). In that reality, I have applied cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene in specific groups to promptly improve the situation on the study area.
