This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to lead youth work from 2000 to 2010.

Based on the practical experience of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's leadership in youth work from 2000 to 2010, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.
