- It systemized proposals and policies issued by Vietnamese Communist Party in terms of co-operativization and development of co-operativization movement during the period from 1958-1960.

- On the basis of historical data sources, especially filing data, the thesis contributes to the clear presentation of leadership, focal and efficient direction performed by ThanhHoa Communist Party Branch in the implementation of agricultural co-operativization task in the period from 1958 – 1960. As a result, it is clarified with political skills, independent thinking, self-control, creativity and short-comings or defects of ThanhHoa Executive Committee of Communist Party during the revolutionary direction at the time that revolution is extremely important with many new, difficult and complicated tasks which appear for the first time in revolution course.
