This thesis systematizes the Party's policies from the Central level to the district level regarding the preservation and promotion of traditional cultures of ethnic groups in Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province (from 1998 to 2010). Through the practical experience of the local Party committee's leadership, the thesis provides objective observations and assessments of the achievements, limitations, and challenges in the process of preserving and promoting the traditional cultures of ethnic groups in the area. From this, several lessons are drawn regarding the organization and implementation of the preservation and promotion of traditional cultures of ethnic groups in the locality.

11 Summary of results in the thesis :

The thesis has codified the Party's policies from central to district level for the preservation and promotion of cultural and ethnic traditions in Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province (since 1998-2010). Through the leadership practices of the local Party, essays went it to another comment, objective assessment of achievements, constraints and challenges in the process of preserving and promoting the traditional culture of the people stranded in the province. Since then draw some lessons learned in theorganization and implementation of the conservation and promotion of traditional culture of the local peoples.
