The thesis has systematized the Party's policies from the Central to the district level on the preservation and promotion of traditional culture of ethnic groups in Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province (from 1998 - 2010). Through the practical leadership process of the local Party Committee, the thesis has come to objective comments and assessments on the achievements, limitations and challenges in the process of preserving and promoting traditional culture of ethnic groups in the area. From there, some lessons in organizing and implementing the preservation and promotion of traditional culture of ethnic groups in the locality are drawn.
11. Practical application:
The thesis will become a reference document for those who do research and teach about preserving the culture of ethnic minorities. At the same time, it is a reference document for those who do cultural management work in Dinh Hoa district.

The thesis has codified the Party's policies from central to district level for the preservation and promotion of cultural and ethnic traditions in Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province (since 1998-2010). Through the leadership practices of the local Party, essays went it to another comment, objective assessment of achievements, constraints and challenges in the process of preserving and promoting the traditional culture of the people stranded in the province. Since then draw some lessons learned in theorganization and implementation of the conservation and promotion of traditional culture of the local peoples.
