However, many problems arising during the economic restructuring process have not yet been resolved. In its implementation of the renewal of our Party, the Party and people of Haiphong have restructured the economy towards industrialization and modernization for 10 years (since 1996 to 2006) and have achieved positive results. However, many problems arising in the process of economic restructuring have not been resolved.
