Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis aims to point out the current status of the capacity to organize and manage the work of documents and archives of the current Chief of Office at the Ministry level, to comment and evaluate the office leaders in organizing and managing the work of documents and archives, thereby proposing some solutions and recommendations. Chapter 1. Ministry-level Office and the responsibility and capacity to manage the work of documents and archives of the office leaders. We focus on studying the functions, tasks, organizational structure as well as the capacity to organize and manage the work of documents and archives of the leaders of the Ministry-level office.
