Presents a relatively systematic and comprehensive way the Party's leadership and direction for volunteer soldiers and military experts on international missions in Cambodia (1979 - 1989). Thereby, we can see the pure international spirit of Vietnam, and at the same time see the wise direction of the Party for the forces on international missions in Cambodia. Based on the successes and limitations in the leadership and direction process, graduate students boldly analyze and point out the advantages and limitations in the leadership and direction of volunteer soldiers and military experts on international missions in Cambodia (1979 - 1989). Finally, some historical experiences through the leadership and direction of volunteer soldiers and military experts in Cambodia are presented, contributing to strengthening the solidarity between the two countries.

The thesis scientifically and comprehensively presents the guidelines of Communist Party of Vietnam towards Vietnamese Volunteers and military experts in Cambodia (1979-1989) which clearly indicates transparently international spirit of Vietnam and proper instructions of towards the military forces in action in Cambodia as well. The postgraduate student bravely discusses some good points and limitations about the guidelines given to Vietnamese Volunteers and military experts in Cambodia (1979-1989) which are based on achievements and drawbacks of the course. Finally, I suggest some historical experiences over the course, contributing to the enhancement in the solidarity between the two countries.
