Based on theoretical studies and the status of human perceptions of fairness in labor organizations and research aspects of fairness in organizations as well as factors affecting the recognition of people employment equity in the organization. This project has also launched a number of measures to enhance the fairness of the organization

The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for managers and leaders in the agencies and organizations in general and the management at the agencies and organizations in the province of Bac Ninh say to own more suitable measures affecting the employees so that they feel more satisfied and contribute more to the organization.
