Based on theoretical research and the current situation of employees' perception of fairness in organizations, the topic studies aspects of fairness in organizations as well as factors affecting employees' perception of fairness in organizations. The topic also offers some solutions to enhance fairness in organizations.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for managers and leaders in organizations in general and managers in organizations in Bac Ninh province in particular to have more appropriate measures to influence employees so that they feel more satisfied and contribute more to the organization.

12. Further research directions:

If we have the conditions and time, we will research the topic more deeply into how employees evaluate the organization as well as their satisfaction with the organization.

This project has also launched a number of measures to enhance the fairness of the organization

The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for managers and leaders in the agencies and organizations in general and the management at the agencies and organizations in the province of Bac Ninh say to own more suitable measures affecting the employees so that they feel more satisfied and contribute more to the organization.
