The lessons learned from practical leadership are suggestions aimed at contributing to improving the effectiveness of the Party Committee of Luong Tai district in building cultural life in accordance with the Party's viewpoints and policies, and the directives and instructions of Bac Ninh province in the coming period.
In addition, this thesis can be used as a reference material for research, teaching, and learning the subject of local Party history.
