The thesis is a new research direction in social work to contribute to enhancing the role of social workers in implementing regular social assistance policies for people with disabilities.

The thesis surveys and evaluates the current status of implementing the regular social allowance policy for people with disabilities in Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh province. The impact of the policy on the lives of people with disabilities has contributed to changing and improving the material and spiritual life of people with disabilities, helping people with disabilities to overcome their inferiority complex to integrate into the community. In addition, the thesis has pointed out the limitations that still exist in the process of implementing the policy. On that basis, the thesis clearly shows the role of social workers in implementing the policy, thereby proposing solutions to improve the organization of implementation and improve the effectiveness of the regular social allowance policy for people with disabilities in Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh province.

11. Practical application:

The results of the thesis can be used as a reference for some studies in social work on People with Disabilities. In addition, social workers working with People with Disabilities can use the measures proposed in the thesis in the process of assisting People with Disabilities.

The impact of policies on disabled people's life has contributed to change, improving not only material life but also spiritual life for people with disabilities, helping them to integrate with community. Besides, the thesis has taken the remaining restrictions when implementing the policy. On this basis, the thesis points out the role of social staffs in implementing policies in order to suggest solutions for improving the organizational performance and the effectiveness of implementing regular social assistance policies for people with disabilities in Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh province.
