Based on the use of the value scale according to Schwartz's theory of 19 driving values, the topic conducts a study on the current status of value orientation of students of the People's Police Academy. The topic has shown that students of the People's Police Academy have the highest orientation with the following values:care, social security, personal security, universal human, success.In addition, the topic compares students' value orientation through a number of influencing factors such as: practical work experience, family background, family composition, family living standards. Thereby, recommendations are proposed to help students of the People's Police Academy orient themselves towards values ​​that are appropriate to the functions and tasks of a people's police officer.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for managers and educators of schools in the People's Public Security in general and the People's Public Security Academy in particular to have appropriate and effective methods of value-oriented education for students.

If we have the conditions and time, we will study the topic more deeply on the impact of some other factors on students' value orientation. And compare the value orientation of students of the People's Police Academy with students of other schools.

By using the value scale based on the theory of 19 promoted values ​​of Schwartz, the research was to study the value orientation of students at The People Police Academy. The research found that students at The People Police Academy had the highest orientations on: caring, social securities, personal securities, human universalismand achievements. In addition, the research carried out comparing the value orientation between factors, including work seniority, family background, family composition, and living standard. As a result, the researcher recommends appropriate solutions with the purpose for students at The People Police Academy to have sufficient value orientation owing to their duties and missions.

The research result will be a useful reference for the educational managers of The People's Public Security Institutions in general and The People Police Academy in particular with the aim to create educational methods in orienting the value for students appropriately and effectively.

If we have more time and good conditions, we will carry out research more deeply into the impact of other factors on the value orientation of students; comparing the value orientation between students at The People Police Academy and other universities.
