10. Summary of thesis results:

Based on comparison, synthesis, analysis and research of reference documents, actual survey materials, the completed thesis will be the first work to fully research the history and changes of the metalworking craft village in Vinh Loc and the whole Phung Xa commune in general. The issues that have been researched are: the time of birth, the name of the craft village, the development process through the periods, the changes over time... Thereby, the thesis has outlined the history of formation - the development process of the metalworking craft village in Vinh Loc village, the role and changes of the metalworking profession in the economic, cultural and social life of the people, especially in the present period.

11. Practical application:

The thesis provides historical scientific data, contributing to the assessment of the value of traditional and modern Vinh Loc craft village. Thereby, local managers can draw lessons for the economic, social and cultural development strategy of Vinh Loc villagers in particular, and Phung Xa area, Ha Tay (old) in general in the problem between tradition and modernity, preservation and development.

The thesis will be a useful reference for students, researchers interested in local history, Vinh Loc - Phung Xa craft village in particular, and the issue of Vietnamese handicrafts in history and contemporary times in general.

The solved problem are the time of establishment, the name of the village, the development over the periods, and the change over time... Thereby, the thesis sketches the historical establishment, the development process of metallurgy craft at Vinh Loc village, and changes in metal machining and its role and impacts on with economic life, culture and society, especially in the contemporary period.

Thesis provides historical scientific data and contributes to assess the value of Vinh Loc village in tradition and modernity.
