10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on the comparison, synthesis, analysis, and research of reference materials and field survey data, this completed thesis will be the first comprehensive study of the history and transformation of the metalworking craft village in Vinh Loc and the entire Phung Xa commune in general. The issues investigated include: the time of establishment, the name of the craft village, its development through various periods, and the changes over time. Through this, the thesis outlines the history of formation and development of the metalworking craft village in Vinh Loc, its role and the changes in the economic, cultural, and social life of the people, especially in the present day.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis provides historical and scientific data, contributing to the assessment of the value of the traditional and modern craft villages of Vinh Loc. Through this, local administrators can draw lessons for the economic, social, and cultural development strategies of the people of Vinh Loc village in particular, and the Phung Xa area of ​​Ha Tay (formerly) in general, addressing the dilemma between tradition and modernity, preservation and development.

This thesis will be a useful reference for students, researchers, and those interested in local history, the craft villages of Vinh Loc and Phung Xa in particular, and Vietnamese handicrafts in history and the present day in general.

On the basis of comparison, aggregation, analysis and study of different sources of materials, including fieldwork data, the thesis will be the first full study of the history and variability change of the metallurgy craftsat Vinh Loc village in particular, and Phung Xa commune in general. The solved problem are the time of establishment, the name of the village, the development over the periods, and the change over time... Thereby, the thesis sketches the historical establishment, the development process of metallurgy craft at Vinh Loc village, and changes in metal machining and its role and impacts on with economic life, culture and society, especially in the contemporary period.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

Thesis provides historical scientific data and contributes to assess the value of Vinh Loc village in tradition and modernity. Thereby, the local managers can find their consultation for strategic economic development, social and cultural issues at Vinh Loc village in particular, Phung Xa, old Ha Tay area generally in the problem between tradition and modernity, conservation and development.
