10. Summary of thesis results:
The main content of the thesis is divided into 3 chapters by the author.
Chapter 1 provides the theoretical and practical basis for studying communication skills for the core group of gay men in peer approach. At the same time, chapter 1 also clearly shows the fundamental theories applied in the topic such as Maslow's theory of needs, Rosenberg's theory of self-evaluation.In addition, the theoretical part of the topic refers to the characteristics of the research area, which is our club of Hanoi students.
Chapter 2 uses a combination of many research methods such as: Observation method; Survey method using questionnaires; In-depth interview method for club members; Group discussion method; Data processing method using mathematical statistics. These methods have supplemented each other's research results from many perspectives. Therefore, to effectively implement the methods, it is required that each method must be implemented in the research process according to a tightly organized process. In addition, the data is processed according to quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure that the research results and conclusions are fully reliable and scientifically valuable.
Chapter 3 of the thesis focuses on building a group model for improving listening skills and empathetic speaking skills when customers have negative emotions. These are the two skill groups with the lowest average scores among the 6 skill groups.
11. Practical application:
Based on the research results of the topic and the training model in chapter 3, the thesis is completely applicable in practice to enhance communication skills for the group, helping group members to be more confident and have better skills to carry out communication activities or reach out to the community, helping gay men as customers.
12. Further research directions
Research on the effectiveness of communication and consulting activities of the gay group at the Hanoi Student Club, and at the same time propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication, consulting and customer care activities of the Club.

The contents are divided in three chapters:
Chapter 1: Giving the background for the theories and realities of researching communication skills for gay community. And point out the applicable theories such as the Need-Maslow, the Self Evaluation-Rosenberg. Besides, the theory mentions the research place of We are Hanoi Students club.
Chapter 2: Combining many research methods such as Observing, Conducting Public Opinion poll, Club members Interview, Discussing in groups and Data handling with Mathematical Statistics method. These methods support the results to each otber. Therefore, it's mandatory in a serious process to ensure the effectiveness as well as having a reliable research result with scientific values.
Chapter 3: Focusing on creating group model in improving listening and sympathetic ability to nagative emotional people. These are the two lowest mark in evaluating points of 6 skill groups.

Based on the research results and practicing model in Chapter 3, the essay completely has the high applied ability in improving communication skills for gay groups, helping them feel more confident to proceed the media activities or engaging the social community with gay community through those activities.

The effectiveness of media activities and the consultation of gay group in We are Hanoi students. Give out the solution for improving media activities as well as consulting and taking care of the club's target customers.
