10. Summary of the thesis results:

In the early years of the 21st century, strategic partnerships boomed, becoming a trend shaping modern international relations and increasing the intertwining and complexity of international relations. Over time, strategic partnerships have developed strongly in terms of number and diversity across various levels and types.

It can be said that the period from 2005 to 2015 was a time when China-Indonesia relations made unprecedented progress since the establishment of diplomatic relations. In those 10 years (2005-2015), the China-Indonesia strategic partnership developed rapidly in scale and expanded across all fields, from politics and diplomacy, economics and trade, culture and education to sensitive areas such as national security and defense. However, the China-Indonesia strategic partnership still faces certain shortcomings and limitations in areas such as a lack of political trust, an asymmetrical nature of economic cooperation, the seeds of divergence in interests, and the failure to achieve some objectives as set out in the signed cooperation agreements.

Regarding its impact on Southeast Asia, the China-Indonesia strategic partnership (2005-2015) contributed to promoting cooperation in Southeast Asia, while also increasing the involvement of major powers in the region; strengthening ASEAN-China relations; and adjusting ASEAN's position in Indonesia's foreign policy. In the short term, relations between the two countries will continue to be promoted within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership, but an even better relationship is unlikely.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

In the early years of the twenty-first century, strategic partnerships among nations have boomed, becoming a trend shaping contemporary international relations, enhancing the complicated aspects of international relations. Strategic partnerships have recently seen a strong growth in number, level and type.

In the period 2005 - 2015, China - Indonesia relationship has had a huge step since their establishment of diplomatic relations. Thus, in 10 years, the cooperation between China and Indonesia has grown stronger in many areas, such as political, commercial, economic, defense, and cultural relations. However, the relationship still has some limitations such as lack of political trust, asymmetric nature of economic cooperation, differences in benefits and a number of targets were not achieved as expected.

The partnership has a larger effect on Southeast Asia. It enhances the cooperation process in the region, increases major countries' involvement in the region, strengthens ASEAN - China relations and makes an impact on Indonesian foreign policy toward ASEAN. In the near future, the relationship will still be under comprehensive strategic partnership, but will not be better.

11. Practical applicability:
