The structure of the thesis is divided into 3 chapters, and conclusions and recommendations.
Chapter 1: The thesis presents the theoretical and practical basis, the thesis presents the main concepts, moreover the thesis also uses Sociological theories: social action theory, rational behavior choice theory applied to explain the correlations, factors affecting the accessibility of workers.
Chapter 2: The thesis analyzes the current status of access to public administrative services of workers, from analyzing how to use the services? The level of satisfaction with the services? The shortcomings and desires of workers?
Chapter 3: The thesis focuses on clarifying the influencing factors from the service recipient - the employee and the factors from the service provider - the government.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis will be a valuable reference source for the government in general and workers in particular, on that basis, many policies will be developed to improve the quality of public administrative services.
