10. Summary of thesis results:

The author presented the theoretical and practical basis of the methods of supporting enterprises in technological innovation, specifically the basic concepts of technological innovation, the role of technological innovation, the needs and methods of supporting enterprises in technological innovation. In addition, the current status of policies supporting enterprises in technological innovation, as well as relatively typical experiences and policies of some countries to apply to support technological innovation in Vietnamese enterprises.

Through the actual implementation of the Programs, Funds, etc., the author has systematized the current status of operations and some difficulties and shortcomings of policy documents for the Science and Technology sector in general and for the Natif Fund in particular. The author has focused on analyzing the current status of some activities of the fund (documents, apparatus, processes) and also pointed out the achievements, limitations and causes.

Finally, the author proposes some solutions to innovate the operating methods to improve the efficiency of the Fund's operations to support businesses, organizations and individuals to boldly change their thinking and pay attention to technological innovation, contributing to improving productivity, quality of products, services, technology, etc.

In addition, the author presents current status of policy to support technology innovation for SMEs in Vietnam, as well as experiences and typical policies for technology innovation in several countries, which is applicable in Vietnam.

Through the Programs, Funds ..., the author systematized operating status and some issues, inconsistencies in the policy documents for science and technology in general as well as the Natif in particular. The author has focused on analyzing the current status of some other funds (documents, apparatus, processes). In addition, it shows the achievements, constraints and reasons.
