Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for the organization and operation of offices that meet the requirements of e-government:
Chapter 1 of the thesis systematically clarifies the general theory of the organization and operation of offices in general, and the offices of ministerial-level agencies in particular. It also provides a general overview of e-government: its concept, objectives, benefits, development stages, the relationship between the organization and operation of agencies and e-government, and the requirements for the organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology in the context of e-government. These contents form the basis and methodology for objectively assessing the current state of organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology and offering some recommendations for reforming its organization and operation to meet the requirements of e-government.
Chapter 2. Current organizational structure and operations of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology:
This chapter provides a general overview of the Ministry of Science and Technology and focuses on analyzing the current state of its organizational structure, personnel, and operational activities. It highlights the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these weaknesses in the organization and operation of the Office. Based on this analysis, we propose areas for improvement and reform in the organization and operation of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Office to meet the demands of e-government.
Chapter 3. Directions and solutions for improving the organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology to meet the requirements of e-government:
Based on an assessment of the current state of the results and limitations of the organizational structure, personnel, and activities of the Ministry's Office, the author has proposed directions and solutions to improve the organizational structure, personnel, and activities of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Office. These directions and solutions build upon the strengths and address the shortcomings of the aforementioned issues, adapting them to the current situation of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Office to meet the requirements of e-government.

Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for the organization and operation of the administrative office to meet the e-Government requirements:
In Chapter 1, the author has systematized and clarified general theories of the organization and operation of an administrative office in general as well as those at ministerial-level agencies in particular. Moreover, the chapter provides an overview of e-Government, including its concepts, objectives, impacts, different development stages of e-Government, the relationship of the organization and operation of an administrative office with e-Government, and requirements for the organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology in the context of e-Government. These contents are the foundation and methodology for the assessment of the organizational and operational status of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology as well as to provide some recommendations to renovate its organization and operations to meet the e-Government requirements.
Chapter 2. Organizational and operational status of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology:
In this chapter, the author provides an overview of the Ministry of Science and Technology and focuses on analyzing the current situation of its organization and personnel and the implementation of the main activities of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Based on that, the research gives an insight into the advantages as well as limitations and causes of these limitations in the organization and operation of the Office. On that basis, we set out issues that need to be renovated and improved in the organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology to meet the e-Government's requirements.
Chapter 3. Orientations and solutions to improve the organization and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology to meet e-Government requirements:
Based on the assessment of advantages and limitations of the organizational structure, personnel and operation of the Office of the Ministry, the author proposes directions and solutions to improve the organizational structure, personnel, and operation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology. These directions and solutions are to encourage the Office's advantages and overcome its problems and needs to be considered under the situation of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology in order to meet the e-Government's requirements.
12. Practical applicability, if any: The research's results can be inputs to the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, which can be used in their organizations and activities in order to improve the efficiency of the Office's operations in the context of e-Government.
