The topic "Building a model of Social Work at district hospitals (Case study of Gia Vien District Medical Center, Ninh Binh)" has brought about some outstanding research results as follows:
- Identify the need for social work services of patients, their relatives as well as medical staff at the hospital. Although the subjects did not have a clear understanding of social work activities in the hospital before, when surveyed about each service item provided by social work, most of the subjects participating in the survey had a need and wanted the activities to be implemented soon at the facility.
- Refer, learn and compare from some sample CTXHBV models at some large medical facilities, from there build a CTXHBV model suitable for the actual situation with Gia Vien District Medical Center.
- ProposeSome solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the newly built CTXH model. In addition, experimentally applying a solution into practice to identify the feasibility of the model as well as the effectiveness of the research.
