11. Summary of Thesis Results: Through the survey, the thesis assesses the current situation and needs of ethnic minority youth with disabilities in Kim Boi, Hoa Binh province. In addition, it evaluates the factors affecting the support for training and job placement for ethnic minority youth with disabilities in Hoa Binh province. These influencing factors stem from their health, support from family, friends, and local authorities, as well as support from policies and the availability of local occupations. Based on these realities and influencing factors, the thesis proposes solutions to overcome these challenges and support ethnic minority youth with disabilities in their vocational training and job search.

Practical applications (if any): The results of the research project "Factors affecting vocational training and job search support for ethnic minority youth with disabilities in Hoa Binh province" can be used as a reference for studies on vocational training and job search for ethnic minority youth with disabilities in the locality (especially in Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province). In addition, the project will provide local and national resources with solutions to support ethnic minority youth with disabilities in the process of vocational training and job search.
