Based on theoretical research and practical surveys at Vietnam Social Security, the study has proposed solutions such as: investing in and developing IT infrastructure, training and improving IT capabilities, building a management and security system, improving the efficiency of organizational management; supplementing high-quality human resources; strengthening and investing in modern equipment for the unit; and promoting the application of information technology.
These solutions are appropriate to the unit's practical situation and resources, and therefore have significant implications for improving efficiency, transparency, and convenience, while ensuring accuracy and information security. Furthermore, applying the solutions proposed in this study can help the Vietnam Social Security sector effectively utilize its resources to maintain the management system, improve the quality and efficiency of administrative procedures, and thus enhance the unit's position in applying IT to electronic record management.
