Depression is a common disorder that occurs at all ages, and women are more likely to suffer from it than men. In this study, the author provided an overview of depression in adults and the use of cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients reduce depressive symptoms.
The results of the study showed that the client had reduced symptoms of depression.
