11. Summary of thesis results:
In this study, the author presented an overview of research on anxiety disorders such as epidemiology, factors affecting the formation and development of anxiety disorders, theories approaching anxiety disorders, with special emphasis on the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in the treatment of anxiety disorders and intervention techniques.
The results of the intervention showed that clients reduced symptoms of social anxiety, improved mood, challenged and replaced unhealthy, unhelpful beliefs, and practiced coping with anxiety-provoking, stressful situations. At the same time, clients were able to apply cognitive and behavioral techniques to manage anxiety as well as other problems in their lives, increased self-confidence, and strengthened social skills.
12. Practical applicability: From the results obtained through the process of theoretical research and practical clinical intervention, the thesis has contributed more evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral approaches in anxiety intervention. At the same time, the limitations of the thesis also provide new practitioners with lessons to increase the effectiveness of future treatment.

In this study, the author provides an overview of some aspects related to anxiety disorders such as epidemiology, factors involving the formation and development of anxiety disorders, theories of approaching anxiety disorders, especially emphasizing the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in treating anxiety disorders and intervention techniques.
The intervention results showed that the client reduced the symptoms of social anxiety, improved mood, identifying and challenging negative and irrational thought and practiced coping with situations that caused anxiety, stress. Morover, the client had the ability to apply cognitive-behavioral techniques to manage anxiety as well as other problems in life, increase confidence and strengthen social skills.

From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical case intervention, the thesis has contributed more evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral approach in intervening anxiety problems. Besides, the limitations of the thesis also provide new psychologists with some lessons to increase the quality of psychotherapy process in the future.
