10. Summary of the thesis results:
Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental health problems today, manifested by symptoms of stress, fear, and excessive worry in response to life situations and events. Within the framework of this thesis, the author discusses issues related to anxiety disorders (definition, theoretical approaches, diagnostic criteria, etc.), and applies a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to clients with symptoms of anxiety disorders. The research results show that after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, clients experienced improvement in physical symptoms through relaxation techniques. Simultaneously, clients reduced avoidance behaviors and improved their ability to cope with situations that had previously caused anxiety.
11. Practical applicability: Based on the results obtained through theoretical and practical research in clinical case interventions, the thesis has demonstrated the improvement of anxiety symptoms in clients after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, thereby profoundly reinforcing the role and effectiveness of psychological therapy in general and cognitive-behavioral therapy in particular for mental health issues.

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental health problems today, manifested by symptoms of excessive stress, fear, and worry about situations and events occurring in life. Within the framework of the thesis, the author presented issues related to anxiety disorders (definition, theoretical approach, diagnostic criteria,...), and at the same time applied cognitive-behavioral therapy for clients with symptoms of anxiety disorders. Research results show that, after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, customers improved their physical symptoms through practicing relaxation techniques. At the same time, the client reduces avoidance behaviors and improves the ability to cope with situations that make the client anxious in life.

From the results obtained through theoretical and practical research in clinical case intervention, the thesis has shown the improvement of anxiety symptoms in clients after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy.
