10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on research into the current state of culturally appropriate behavior of the Cau Giay District Police in their interactions with the public, through self-assessment questionnaires, citizen evaluation questionnaires, and conduct in specific communication situations with different types of individuals, we propose directions and solutions closely linked to the functions and duties of relevant individuals and organizations within the People's Public Security sector in general and the District Police force in particular. Specifically, we focus on solutions to help each District Police officer improve their culturally appropriate behavior in their interactions with the public.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for leaders of the Ministry of Public Security; leaders of the Administrative and Social Order Police Department; and leaders of the police stations in Cau Giay District in particular, and in all organizations with personnel of the regional police force in general. This will provide a basis for issuing circulars, regulations, and rules on the conduct of regional police officers towards the public, aiming to build regional police officers with good moral character, a cultured and professional work style, and the ability to mobilize the public. It will also gradually improve the professional skills and expertise of the regional police force, enabling them to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks and meet the requirements of protecting security and order in the new situation.
12. Future research directions:
If conditions and time permit, we will conduct a more in-depth study on the impact of subjective and objective factors on the negative communication behavior of local police officers in the current period.

10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on the reality of studying cultural behavioral expression of police officer in Cau Giay district with citizens through self-assessment questionnaire, a questionnaire assessment of citizens and behaviors in the specific communicational situations with each object. We suggest the directions and solutions associated following the functions and duties of individuals and organizations involved in general Police sectors and the Police force area in particular. Especially, the solutions help each staff officer to improve their cultural behaviors in communicating with citizens.
11. Practical applicability:
The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for the leader of the Ministry of Security; the leader of Police Department administrative and social order; Police leaders in the ward, Cau Giay District in particular and in all organizations with staff of the police force area in general, to enact grounded circulars, regulations, regulations on cultural behavior of the police area with citizens. To build the police area, who has good moral character, style of work culture and standards, capable of mobilizing the masses. Gradually, raising the level of expertise and professional police force area, successful completion of assigned tasks, satisfying the requirements of security and order in the new situation.
12. Further research directions, if any:
If having conditions and time, we will study the subject in more depth the impact of the subjective and objective factors on communication behavior of the police towards the negative area for the time today.
