This thesis provides an overview of the system of historical and cultural relics in Yen Bai province and the situation of preserving and promoting the value of these relics before 1998; it presents and clarifies how the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's guidelines and the State's policies in the work of preserving and promoting the value of local relics from 1998 to 2014; from there, the thesis offers some observations on the advantages and limitations and draws some key lessons from the work of preserving and promoting the value of relics by the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee during the period 1998 - 2014.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis can be used as a reference document for the promotion and advertising of tourism tours in Yen Bai province and for research on the history of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee.
