The thesis provides an overview of the historical and cultural relic system in Yen Bai province and the situation of preserving and promoting the value of these relics before 1998; presents and clarifies that the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee has applied the Party's guidelines and the State's policies in the work of preserving and promoting the value of local relics from 1998 to 2014; from there, the thesis gives some comments on the advantages, limitations and draws some key experiences from the work of preserving and promoting the value of relics of the Yen Bai Party Committee in the period of 1998 - 2014.
