The thesis focuses on studying theoretical and practical issues related to the issue of corporate management culture. Through identifying, researching and analyzing the corporate management culture of Minh Han Trading Company Limited, it presents the unique features of the corporate management culture of Korean enterprises in Vietnam. From there, summarize the experiences gained in the process of building corporate management culture at Minh Han in particular and Korean enterprises in Vietnam in general, and make recommendations to contribute to building and improving corporate management culture for Vietnamese enterprises.

Building and developing a corporate management culture has become an important task to promote the development of each enterprise. Corporate management culture not only perfects the management function for effective management, but also contributes to creating unique identities in the corporate culture of each company.

The research results of the thesis can be used as reference documents, theoretical basis and proposed recommendations can help advise current Vietnamese business managers in building and developing businesses, especially in building a business management culture.

The purpose of this thesis is to delve into theoretical and practical issues in relevance to corporate governance culture. An insight into the identities of corporate governance culture of some Korean companies based in Vietnam would be given by dint of the identification, research and analysis of Minh Han Trading Company Limited's governance culture. The thesis thereby summarizes experiences obtained in the development of corporate governance culture by Minh Han in particular and Vietnam-based Korean companies in general, and produces a set of recommendations on how to develop and enrich governance culture among Vietnamese enterprises.

The development and enrichment of corporate governance culture emerges as a momentous mission driving every company's growth. Corporate governance culture not only enables the perfection of management function so as to bring about managerial efficiency, but also advances the formation of every company's identity regarding corporate culture.
