10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on examining the types of documents generated during the construction of projects under the Ministry of National Defense; and the practical aspects of organizing and archiving construction project documents under the Ministry of National Defense. From this, the thesis aims to conduct the following research:

- Researching the technical documentation of construction projects under the Ministry of National Defence.

- Assessing the current practices of document archiving in several agencies and units.

- Propose solutions for organizing the storage of technical documents for construction projects under the Ministry of National Defence.

Solution groups:

- The group of solutions to improve the efficiency of document archiving at the Ministry of National Defense includes: Consolidating the organizational structure and personnel for archiving; perfecting the system of legal documents on document archiving; strengthening the dissemination of laws on archiving; strengthening the inspection of archiving work; improving statistical tools; and strengthening the physical infrastructure for archiving.

- The group of solutions regarding the organization of archival operations includes: organizing document collection; organizing the scientific organization of documents; organizing document preservation; organizing the exploitation and use of documents; and accelerating the application of information technology.

- Other solutions include: organizing the reduction and declassification of files and documents; and organizing the destruction of documents that have lost their value.

11. Practical applications:

- This research topic describes the current state of archiving organization and operational activities related to the archiving of technical documents for construction projects under the Ministry of National Defense, and provides comments on the advantages and limitations in the organization of document archiving. This helps the Ministry's management agencies to issue directives, provide guidance on operational procedures, and invest in infrastructure and equipment for the organization of technical document archiving for construction projects.

- Propose solutions to help the Ministry of National Defence organize the archiving of technical documents for construction projects in a scientific manner and in accordance with State and Military regulations.

- This topic will serve as a reference source for agencies, units, organizations, and individuals involved in the development of documents within the Ministry of National Defence.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis focused on investigation document types establishing in the process of constructing the Defense Ministry's buildings; the practical mission in organizing to archive the constructive documents of the Defense Ministry. From there, the thesis pursues the following researches:

- Examining technical documents of the Defense Ministry's constructive projects.

- Assessing the reality of organizing to archive documents at some organizations and units.

- Suggesting some possible solutions for organizing to archive documents of the Ministry of Defense.

Solution groups:

- The first group to improve the effectiveness of the mission in organizing archival documents at the Defense Ministry includes some solutions: consolidating apparatus organization, personnel resources in charge of doing archival missions; completing the legal document system about the mission of archiving constructive documents; promoting to popularize laws about archiving mission; promoting to check the archival mission; completing statistical tools; promoting infrastructure for the archival mission.

- The second group about organizing archival duty activities containing: organizing seeking documents; organizing scientific documents; organizing document protections; organizing exploiting; using documents and promoting information technology application.

- Another solution group: organizing to reduce, decode records and documents; organizing to cancel out-of-value documents.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

- The thesis describes the situation of the archival-organizing mission and the duty-related activities about the Ministry of Defense's archiving technical documents and comments strong and limitations in organizing the archiving documents, to help management points of the Ministry have the basement to carry out instruction records to guide what has to be done, invest infrastructure for the mission of organizing the archival technical documents about constructive projects.

- The thesis also suggests some possible solutions to help the Ministry organize the archival technical documents of constructive projects scientifically and correctly implemented based on the State and Military stipulations.

- It is a hope that the thesis will be one of the most effective consulting resources for units, organizations and individuals related to the constructive document of the Defense Ministry.
