10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has reviewed the research on on-the-job training activities in 4-star hotels in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa in both theoretical and practical aspects. The thesis conducted a survey and evaluated the current status of on-the-job training for employees of 4-star hotels in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. In 4-star hotels, the quality of on-the-job training activities at 4-star hotels in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province is not high. The main reason for this situation is that the above hotels do not organize these activities scientifically, synchronously and uniformly, reflected in both content, training programs, methods, training forms, testing and evaluation methods, etc. The quality of on-the-job training will be improved if these hotels correctly identify the causes of the current situation, thereby having feasible and effective solutions to overcome the causes. With that meaning, hotel leaders should have the right awareness and investment in on-site training activities at the hotel, create a favorable environment for implementing training activities, create favorable conditions for trainees to be comfortable in spirit and health to absorb the training process; use trained human resources in appropriate positions, with remuneration levels including salary policies, bonuses, promotion opportunities corresponding to capacity; praise and recognize results, motivate people, in order to achieve the highest efficiency of on-site training activities, thereby bringing high-quality human resources to the hotel.

Among 4-star hotels, the quality of on-site human resource training at 4-star hotels in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province is not high enough. The main cause of this situation is that the hotels on this activity are not scientific, synchronous and uniform, reflected in content, training programs, methods, forms of training, methods, and evaluation .... The quality of on-the-job training will be improved, if these hotels identify the main cause of the situation, thereby having feasible and effective solutions to overcome the causes.
