Summary of thesis results: - The thesis has made certain contributions to clarifying the position and importance of archival documents in the information synthesis work at the Central Party Office serving the leadership and guidance of the Central Committee, directly the Politburo and the Secretariat; at the same time, it contributes to enriching the understanding of archival work and office work, especially the exploitation and use of archival documents as well as the information synthesis work of Party committee office staff in general and of Central Party Office staff in particular. - Through research and survey of the situation of exploiting and using archival documents, through honest assessment of the current state of exploiting and using archival documents and the need for using archival documents to serve the information synthesis work of information synthesis staff at the Central Party Office. The thesis analyzed the conditions for recognizing the effectiveness of using information from archival documents to serve the information synthesis work in leadership and guidance activities; and simultaneously proposed contents that can be applied to the practice of the Central Party Office. - Based on these studies, the thesis proposed several measures to improve the efficiency of exploiting and using archival documents to serve the information synthesis work and the quality of synthesized information at the Central Party Office in particular and information work in general. 11. Practical application: The thesis proposed practical measures to be applied in practice to build a plan for exploiting and using archival documents to serve the information synthesis work and to build a standard, feasible process for information synthesis work in general and information synthesis work specifically at the Central Party Office. 12.
