- This study investigates the current state of food and beverage businesses in Hoan Kiem district, assessing tourist satisfaction and the ability of businesses to provide food and beverage services through customer surveys. The author evaluates the current state of culinary tourism in Hoan Kiem district; processes the data, and identifies the successes and limitations of exploiting culinary tourism activities.

- The author has assessed the current state of tourism and culinary tourism and proposed some basic solutions with the hope that culinary tourism will be effectively exploited and developed in the coming years.
