ButThe thesis summarizes the wise leadership and guidance of the Tri-Regional Party Committee.The image depicts Thien during the Tet Offensive and Uprising of 1968. It was also cast at the same time.Several lessons were learned about the general offensive and uprising.

- The thesis also clarifies the great victories achieved by the army and people of Hue City during the Tet Offensive and Uprising of 1968.

- Clarify the limitations in leadership and direction of the General Offensive and Uprising, and explain the causes of those limitations.

- The research findings can also be used as reference material for teaching modern Vietnamese history in general, and the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam in particular, at academies, universities, and vocational schools. Furthermore, they can serve as research material for other scientific projects.

11. Practical applicability: The experiences summarized in this thesis can be applied to the current task of national construction and defense.

- The thesis also explains the great victories in the General Offensive and Insurrection Mau Than 1968 that the military and civilian in Hue City had won.
