- Clarify the limitations in leadership and direction of the General Offensive and Uprising, and explain the causes of those limitations.
- The research results can also be used as reference materials for teaching modern Vietnamese History in general and the History of the Communist Party of Vietnam in particular at academies, universities and colleges. In addition, they are also materials for research in scientific works.
