The research and investigation process has clarified the role of women in ensuring food safety for families in Hue city in the current context based on research in Vinh Ninh and Phu Hau wards, Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province. On that basis, solutions and recommendations are proposed to enhance the role of women in ensuring food safety for families today. Specifically:
- Study the role of women in ensuring food safety for the family, reflected in aspects such as: women's attitudes towards current food hygiene and safety issues, women's behavior in choosing, processing, preserving safe food and sharing knowledge about food hygiene and safety with family members, difficulties that women encounter and ways to overcome them to ensure food hygiene and safety for the family.
