10. Summary of the thesis results:
Through the synthesis and analysis of fundamental theories, domestic and international scientific studies, and the process of surveying, processing, and analyzing practical data, we would like to present the following results:
In theory:
Building upon and systematizing relevant theoretical issues, this study clarifies the concepts of "healthy lifestyle," "feeling of happiness," and "adulthood." Accordingly, a healthy lifestyle is a set of positive habits and behaviors that individuals maintain to improve and protect their physical and mental health, as well as their quality of life. In this study, a healthy lifestyle is expressed through six factors: mental development, interpersonal relationships, stress management, nutrition, health responsibility, and physical activity. Feeling of happiness refers to an individual's mental well-being, positive emotions, and the proper functioning of psychological and social life. Feeling of happiness encompasses emotional happiness, psychological happiness, and social happiness.
The study also reviewed previous research and confirmed a positive correlation between a healthy lifestyle and feelings of happiness in adults.
In practical terms:
From the process of surveying, processing, and analyzing practical results in Vietnam, we have drawn the following conclusions:
The average level of healthy lifestyles among adults is moderate. The average scores for the components of a healthy lifestyle, in order from lowest to highest, are: mental development, interpersonal relationships, stress management, nutrition, health responsibility, and physical activity. There are differences in healthy lifestyles among adult groups. Results show differences in healthy lifestyles between gender and occupation groups in adults. Women engage in healthy lifestyle behaviors more frequently than men. Working adults exhibit more positive behaviors than students in interpersonal relationships and mental development. Adults' perceived happiness is high. The average scores for the components of perceived happiness, in order from lowest to highest, are: social happiness, psychological happiness, and emotional happiness.
Healthy lifestyles and feelings of happiness are strongly correlated. This means that as adults increase their healthy lifestyles, their feelings of happiness also increase, and vice versa. As an independent variable, a healthy lifestyle is able to predict positive changes in the dependent variable, feelings of happiness.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Through the process of synthesizing and studying both domestic and international scientific research, as well as data processing and analysis, we have arrived at several conclusions as follows:
Theoretical Aspects:
Building upon and systematizing existing theoretical frameworks relevant to the topic, this study elucidates the key concepts of healthy lifestyle, subjective well-being, and adulthood. active, a healthy lifestyle is defined as a set of positive habits and behaviors that individuals maintain to improve and protect their physical and mental health as well as their overall quality of life. In this study, a healthy lifestyle is operationalized through six components: spiritual growth, interpersonal relationships, stress management, nutrition, health responsibility, and physical activity.
Subjective well-being is understood as an individual's mental health status characterized by positive emotions and the effective functioning of psychological and social capacities in daily life. Subjective well-being comprises three dimensions: emotional well-being, psychological well-being, and social well-being.
Furthermore, the literature review confirms a positive correlation between a healthy lifestyle and subjective well-being among adults, indicating that individuals who adopt and sustain healthy lifestyle behaviors tend to experience higher levels of subject well-being.
Practical Aspects:
Based on the survey, data processing, and empirical analysis conducted in Vietnam, several key conclusions were drawn:
The healthy lifestyle of adults was found to be at a moderate level. The mean scores of the components of a healthy lifestyle, arranged from lowest to highest, were as follows: spiritual growth, interpersonal relationships, stress management, nutrition, health responsibility, and physical activity. Significant differences in healthy lifestyle patterns were observed across demographic groups. In particular, gender and occupational status showed notable variations: female adults focused on engaging in healthy lifestyle behaviors more frequently than males, and working adults demonstrated higher levels of interpersonal relationships and spiritual growth than students.
Regarding subjective well-being, adults reported a high level of perceived well-being. The mean scores of its dimensions, ordered from lowest to highest, were: social well-being, psychological well-being, and emotional well-being.
A strong positive correlation was identified between healthy lifestyle and subjective well-being. In other words, the more individuals engage in healthy lifestyle behaviors, the higher their perceived well-being tends to be, and vice versa. Functioning as an independent variable, a healthy lifestyle was found to significantly predict positive changes in the dependent variable—subjective well-being.
