10. Summary of project results:

The project established a theoretical framework for intervening in depressive disorders. It conducted a problem assessment, case study, and defined outcome and process goals for the client. Through 11 intervention sessions, the outcome goals were achieved, with a significant reduction in depressive symptoms. The client continued attending school and learned how to prevent relapse. The client displayed a positive attitude, learned to identify and manage negative thoughts, and maintained healthy behaviors. Social relationships, academic performance, and daily life improved significantly. The trainee effectively applied therapeutic skills, particularly listening and emotional support. The intervention's effectiveness was rated as good.

11. Practical applications:

The project's results show that psychological intervention for depressive disorders is effective. The project contributes to providing a highly applicable therapeutic practice model, suitable for the actual conditions in Vietnam, especially in provincial psychiatric hospitals, psychological counseling centers, schools, and communities.
