10. Summary of project results:
This study presents an overview of domestic and international research on psychological intervention for a young woman with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. It covers fundamental aspects such as the concept, risk factors, and factors contributing to the distress of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Simultaneously, the study discusses assessment and intervention methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, specifically Emergency Response Therapy (ERP), and relaxation and cognitive restructuring techniques to support the client in problem-solving. Intervention results show that the client experienced a reduction in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, increased emotional regulation, and improved social relationships.
11. Practical applications:
Through theoretical research and clinical case interventions, this project has contributed further evidence to the effectiveness of the Cognitive-Behavioral approach in psychological support related to obsessive-compulsive disorder. At the same time, the limitations of this project also provide new practitioners with important lessons for achieving effectiveness in the future.

10. Summary of the findings of the project:
The study presents an overview of domestic and foreign research on the issue of Psychological intervention for a case of a young female with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The study presents basic contents on this issue such as concept, risks, factors maintaining the difficult conditions of obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms. At the same time, the study discussed assessment and intervention methods, including behavioral cognitive therapy, specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and relaxation skills, cognitive restructuring to support clients in problem solving. The intervention results showed that clients reduced obsessive-compulsive symptoms, increased the ability to regulate personal emotions and improved the ability to maintain social relationships.
11. Practical applicability:
From the results obtained, through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical intervention, the thesis has contributed more evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral approach in psychological support for difficult problems related to obsessive-compulsive disorder. At the same time, the limitations of this project also provide new practitioners with important lessons to achieve effectiveness in the future.
