11. Summary of the findings of the project:

In this project, psychological support for clients experiencing loss and grief was provided using the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, guided by the Range of Response to Loss (RLL) Model. This combined approach was utilized to enhance the client's insight and facilitate post-loss recovery. Post-intervention evaluation indicates a significant improvement in the client's psychological flexibility, a reduction in their level of vulnerability, and an adaptive shift in overt behaviors consistent with their personal values, leading to a decrease in self-destructive behaviors.

12. Practical applicability:

The ACT framework and RLL Model employed in this project are approaches that emphasize flexibility and are highly adaptable to the individualized nature of the client's grief experience. The focus is not on changing the fundamental nature of the loss experience itself, but rather on strengthening the individual's resilience and psychological flexibility, thereby respecting their natural grieving process. However, when implementing this psychological support, cultural adaptation and adjustments are still essential to ensure appropriateness for the client's specific context.
