Firstly, the topic describes the reality and results of the reproductive health education model for adolescents of the Hoa Hau commune women's association.

Second, the topic focuses on studying, analyzing, and evaluating the nature of social work that the staff have implemented in the reproductive health education model for adolescents in Hoa Hau commune; at the same time, the topic also evaluates the needs and desires for improvement of the staff organizing the model and adolescents in the commune; on that basis, it provides directions for perfecting the health education model for adolescents in Hoa Hau commune. Thereby, contributing scientific basis, developing skills, tools, content and methods of social work for reproductive health education for adolescents in the community in general and at the grassroots women's association of Hoa Hau commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province in particular.

Firstly, this research describes the fact and the operational results of the model of reproductive health education for minors of grassroots women's union in Hoa Hau commune.

Secondly, this research focuses on studying, analyzing and evaluating the quality of the social work that the staff had done with the model of reproductive health education for minors of grassroots women's union in Hoa Hau commune; At the same time, the research also rates the need and desire to complete the model of the organization and implementation staff, as well as minors of Hoa Hau commune to give an orientation to complete the model. According to these above, this research contributes scientific database, skills development, tools and content of social work procedure of educational health for minors in the society in general and minors of grassroots women's union in Hoa Hau commune Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province in particular.
