In addition, it points out the factors affecting the need for social work knowledge training for grassroots female cadres. From there, it proposes a number of measures to improve the effectiveness of social work knowledge training for grassroots female cadres.

The thesis has proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work knowledge training for grassroots women's cadres in Nam Truc district - Nam Dinh province and can be used for reference and application to improve the quality of social work knowledge training for grassroots women's cadres in other localities across the country.

Besides, this also points out the factors affecting the needs of social work training of local staff. According to these, some solutions to improve the effectiveness of training would be given.
