Proposing several solutions and recommendations to improve human resource management at 4-star hotels in Tuy Hoa City.

Several solutions, such as recruitment and training, have been piloted at Kaya Hotel and have initially yielded positive results. Further improvements are being made to enhance labor productivity and business efficiency so that other hotels in Tuy Hoa City can refer to and apply them.

12. Future research directions:

Research on improving human resource management in 4-star hotels in the South Central Coastal provinces.
