Firstly, the thesis points out the process of forming the ideology of the rule of law, the concept of the rule of law with different approaches to the rule of law from the perspectives of history, law, and political science.

Secondly, this thesis presents a philosophical approach to the concept of the rule of law. It also initially points out the application of this philosophical approach to the concept of the rule of law in the construction of a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today.

This thesis provides a theoretical supplement to the understanding of the rule of law from a philosophical perspective and can also serve as a reference for students majoring in Law, Political Science, Philosophy, etc.
