Firstly, the thesis points out the process of forming the ideology of the Rule of Law State, the concept of the Rule of Law State with different approaches to the Rule of Law State from the perspective of history, law, and political science.

Second, the thesis presents a philosophical approach to the concept of the Rule of Law State. At the same time, it initially points out the application of the philosophical approach to the concept of the Rule of Law State in the construction of the Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam today.
