10. Summary of the thesis results:

The research topic examines the conditions for developing cultural tourism in the southern part of Hanoi, and the advantages and disadvantages encountered at tourist destinations such as Duc Thanh Ca Temple, Huong Pagoda, Mau Au Co Temple (Dam Da), and Tien Pagoda.

The study assessed the current state of cultural tourism development in southern Hanoi over the past years and the contributions of the tourism industry to local development. In addition, it highlighted the increasingly severe environmental impact on tourism in the area. The author specifically and objectively addressed issues related to the organization, management, and promotion of cultural tourism values ​​in the region.

At the same time, the author presented in detail two main solutions regarding organizational management, human resource training, and community education, along with several other supplementary solutions aimed at comprehensively developing tourism in the southern area of ​​Hanoi.

This thesis serves as a reference for students and trainees in the Tourism ngành and those interested in tourism in the area south of Hanoi.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The subject studies the conditions to develop cultural tourism of South Hanoi, advantages as well as disadvantages of some destinations, namely Duc Thanh Ca Temple, Huong Pagoda, Mau Au Co Temple (Dam Da), Chua Tien.

The subject evaluates the current development of cultural tourism of South Hanoi in past years and the tourism contribution to the local development. Besides, the subject points out the current state of tourism environment which has been strongly affected. The ways to manage and promote values ​​of the cultural tourism of the locality were mentioned by the author in detail and most objectively.

At the same time, the author presented in detail some solutions to management organization, human resources training and public education as well as some others to comprehensively develop the tourism in South Hanoi.
