8. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
+ Compare education policy ethnicity for areas in border areas between Vietnam and China.
+ Lao Cai, Lai Chau (Viet Nam) and Van Nam (China) are mountainous provinces, most of which are ethnic areas. Over the last few years, together with the economic-socio development, there have been positive changes in education and training development, leading to basic achievements. However, referring to new requirements and obligations, management of education and training is seen to show limitations, problems that need to be considered and solved from the perspective of management science; among which universalizing primary and secondary education is the matter that needs consideration and examination
In analyzing theory and reality of management of universalizing primary and secondary education among ethnic minorities in border areas between Vietnam – China; This topic has come up with some practical solutions, in harmony with current situation in residential places of many characters featured in economics – society and cultural traditions. It is expected that the solutions to the management of universialzing primary and secondary education among ethnic areas above mentioned receive attention of all party organizations and sectors and people of all nationalities within the provinces, especially local leaders in education management committee to be implemented synchronously and effectively; contributing to executing, maintaining and developing the quality of universalizing education in the border areas between Vietnam and China in upcoming time.
