Based on the analysis of the position and role of “Civic Education” teaching in moral education for students at high schools in our country, the researcher investigates the reality of teaching “Civic Education” in association with moral education for high school students in Thai Nguyen Province and its causes, from which the study proposes a number of primary measures to improve the efficiency of civic education teaching along with moral education for students at high schools in Thai Nguyen Province today.
