10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis presents a theoretical framework for information literacy. Based on this, it studies the current state of information literacy among students at Hanoi Law University, and identifies and evaluates the factors influencing their information literacy. Building upon this theoretical foundation and practical research, the author proposes a core information literacy framework for students at Hanoi Law University. The results of this study can be applied to other universities in Vietnam.

The research findings will be developed into an Information Literacy course for students at Hanoi Law University.
