Topic: Research on the Literature and Arts newspaper in the period 1987 - 1993 was conducted with the aim of studying the theory and practice of the innovation process of the Literature and Arts newspaper, as a literary and artistic newspaper of the Vietnam Writers Association, thereby pointing out the successes of the newspaper in applying new things as well as the difficulties and lessons learned that the newspaper encountered in that innovation process.

In terms of theory, the study has clarified the basic issues of innovation including theories of innovation, press innovation, etc. At the same time, it systematizes theoretical issues related to the innovation process of the newspaper. From receiving instructions from above to ideas about innovation of the newspaper's leaders.

In practice, the study has partly evaluated the innovations of a typical newspaper of the literary and artistic genre. The newspaper's contributions to the process of nurturing and developing domestic literary talents. From bold innovation, the newspaper has become a launching pad for many Vietnamese literary names to become more widely known, many literary works with profound humanistic values, vividly reflecting all aspects of social life at that time have the opportunity to reach readers.

Based on these studies and analyses, the study shows how a literary and artistic newspaper has transformed and succeeded in meeting the demands of innovation. At the same time, it also points out the fact that accepting the new means that the newspaper must also accept certain difficulties and challenges.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Subject: Research on “Van Nghe” newspaper in the period from 1987 to 1993 is conducted with the purpose of understanding the theory and practice of its innovation processes as known as a literary newspaper of the Vietnam Writer's Association. The research shows the success of the newspaper when applying innovation and seeing challenges and lessons which Van Nghe newspapers must face in the process of renewing as well.

Theoretically, the research has highlighted the fundamental issues of innovation, including innovation theories, innovation of journalism, ... and substaneously systemized theoretical issues related to the innovation process of Van listen newspaper from the acceptance of directives to the ideas of innovation from leaders.

Practically, the research has partly assessed a typical newspaper in form of literature and art and indicated the newspaper's contribution to nurturing and development of literary talent in the country. Thanks to the strong innovation, the newspaper has become a good launchpad for many Vietnamese literary writers. Many literary works with humanity values​, which lively reflected all aspects of life at that time had the opportunity close to the readers.

Based on theory studying and analysis, the research points out how a literary and arts newspaper has transformed and how sucessfully it reaches with renewal requirements. It also points out the fact that when applying something new, the newspaper also has to deal with the difficulties and certain challenges.
