The research results show the current status of understanding and need for reproductive health education of students at Hoang Hoa II High School - Hoang Hoa - Thanh Hoa.
Current status of students' understanding of reproductive health knowledge: Their reproductive health knowledge about puberty, about love and sex, about contraceptive methods and sexually transmitted diseases is quite rich and diverse. However, this understanding still has many limitations, is not complete and not comprehensive, especially knowledge about love and sex, contraceptive methods and sexually transmitted diseases, the level of understanding is limited by theoretical knowledge without the opportunity to practice on samples.

That need is researched by the author in 5 main contents, which are: "The need for reproductive health education in schools, the need for content, time, form of education, and finally the need for the subject that students want to receive counseling on reproductive health". Of which, 88% of students have the need to learn reproductive health knowledge at school. The time of education, according to you, should bring sexual education into schools as early as possible from the last years of primary school, however, you also emphasize that the most necessary and important time is entering the last years of secondary school. The knowledge content that students are most interested in is contraceptive measures to ensure safe abortion. With the favorite and effective forms of education such as club activities in schools, GDGT columns on mass media and active support from consultants. The subjects that students want to receive advice from the most are consultants, in addition to parents, teachers and friends.
